Upon completing his medical training, Dr. Rappaport, a dual Swiss- American national, joined his father, Dr. Melvin M Rappaport, who founded this community practice in 1960 after returning from service with the US Army in Germany.  Dr. Melvin Rappaport retired in 1994, and Dr. Daniel Rappaport has continued the tradition of providing personal, attentive care to patients.  In 2023, Christy Kroboth, CRNP joined the practice, and together they emphasize the management and prevention of chronic disease through evidence-based lifestyle approaches, reducing reliance on medication whenever possible.
