Dr. Lizak has been serving Carbon County Gnaden Huetten Hospital since 1996. His initial practice focused on critical care and procedural medicine and has transitioned into outpatient and nursing home care. He has been director of the summit nursing home since 2005. He still enjoys coming to work each day, seeing new people and faces and helping others. He also values the generational friends and patients he has made over the years. His philosophy has always been "Good medicine is good medicine and if you practice good medicine you will always be successful".
He is married to his beautiful wife Ann since 1993. They have 3 boys who are pursuing careers in medicine. His hobbies include golfing, traveling, gardening and spending time with the family.
