We can set realistic and achievable health goals and grow together. My solutions are grounded in practical lifestyle efforts first, including: food as medicine, exercise, stress management, sleep hygiene, mental health and wellness, complementary and alternative medicine, and mindfulness - adding medications and contemporary treatments as the condition warrants.

About Me

I am a: proud husband and father of 2, diehard Green Bay Packers fan, gym rat, movie pedant, and amateur DIY-er: spending more time at Harbor Freight buying tools than actually using them.
