James W Manley, D.O. was born and raised in Allentown. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University and received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. The Allentown Osteopathic Medical Center provided Dr. Manley his internship and residency in Family Medicine. He is board certified in Family Medicine.

In addition to his private family practice duties, Dr. Manley served as the school physician for the Bethlehem Area School District for 35 years. An active leader in the medical community, Dr. Manley was involved in the formation of the Greater Lehigh Valley Independent Physicians Association (GLVIPA) and the Lehigh Valley Physician Hospital Organization (LVPHO). He serves as the GLVIPA President and is currently the Vice-Chairman of the LVPHO.

Above all and of most importance in Dr. Manley's life is his family: his wife, Anne, and their children, Alexandra and James.
