• Personal management of ancillary staff
• Preserve ancillary service schedules
• Evaluation/implementation of new ancillary and purchasing contracts
• Evaluation of office efficiency through consultative services
• Review of practice-related insurances to include workers' compensation, office liability and malpractice
• QA, E&M Coding Analysis Reports
• Utilization management
• Patient Satisfaction and Disease Management Surveys
